Testing Aweber Messages Video - Audio & Happy Brithday

You asked today to know how to get all your GAP News messages from Aweber. So for your birthday, I made you this video and text instructions below while I did it for you and also showed you in the training room how to do it. I sent you all the GAP News messages from your Aweber to your gmail per your request while you watched.

If you ever want to test any message or messages in any list in your Aweber yourself then you have Text and Video instructions below, here on this coaching blog to review it .

Text Instructions (Video Below):

• Login to Aweber Message Tab in the list you want to test messages (have messages sent to you) from.
• Then click the Test link at the end of one to the messages. Its blue. It says TEST.
• Then in the top of the window pop up, change it to test ALL MESSAGES from the pull down menu.
• Fill in your name & email address and send. None of the other fields need to be filled.
• Check your email.
• You will be able to identify each message by the subject which is the same in both in Aweber and in the email.

No Canada after phone in GAP Aweber messages

Hi

There are No Canada after phone in GAP Aweber messages. There where only 3 (message 4 , 5 & 6) that had that and I removed it today.

21 Gap Messages have been edited and are in your GapNews List in Aweber

I just finished the first quick pass on editing as we discussed at $7/message. Then grabbed the new messages into your gapnews list after editing in the list called gap070614.

Login to your Aweber and take a look. You had 15 messages now you have 21 and I have done my best to format them better and a few edits. The Html messages ... mostly are removed... thought I did leave a few more besides the first 6.

Now you need to test them. I reset you and Jerry to day 0...
See if the links work. I can show you how to test all your messages at once... just ask.

There is still some "hypie " sounding stuff ... I edited that only slightly. And they claim that you have made a lot ... is it true? Perhaps you will want to read all your messages and edit a bit more.

The most important thing is that the leads will see your links now (all 4 in the PS and a few had some of the other 4 ( or 3) in the body of the message... but mostly your GAP Movie url was used ) .... and better formatting.

Grabbing the Shared Aweber SFS Ezine

This is todays and July 6th coaching sessions... 30 min each.

Also I have completed the task for you in your Aweber for the $60 credit you had... well once you send it to me again (Pay to : Assurance Service, PO box 2910, Tahuya, WA 98528 or by PayPal : julie(at)incomeassurance.com )

1. Login to SFS
2. go to the Bonus page
3. scroll to the bottom and Select from the window: Month 1
4. Place your curser in the box (click in the box where the code is -single click)
5. Select all (Ctrl A Keyboard shortcut) - What is inside the box needs to be all highlighted.
6. right click and copy
7. Paste in this Skype first
8. login to Aweber & choose your sfs ezine list (from the pulldown window on the left.)
9. Go to the message tab at the top (in your sfs ezine list).
10. At the bottom of the message page, you will see
Campaign Sharing:
Paste your sharing code into then 2nd one that says...
[Load campaign]
That is ... paste the code into the window next to the red [load campaign] button.

How to use audio and videos while getting work done in multiple browsers:
If you pause the video using the middle button when you want to go do it, then you can implement (do) the task in the other browser and then come back to continue or review it again (slide bar to the left to rewind). Or you can even play it in one browser window while looking at another browser window while you do the task. In the later example (letting it play while you do it), you can come back to the video or audio to pause it as needed. you just need to learn to move form one browser window to another.

Today we talked about getting the 4 urls and your email reply address (in your gapnews Aweber list) on your your domain: globalweathsolution.com

I will email Jim and ask him for :

• If he is hosting your domain?
• if he is I can make and send him redirect files to place on your domain for the 4 GAP urls like Jerry does...then those will go in the GAP msgs in your Aweber as I edit them
  
• find out if you can use email for your domain ... is that done thru GoDaddy (your domain registrar) ... and may I suggest you switch your domain registration... and possibly hosting to ours...

What Not to Promote....
... to avoid sending your leads both series... as Churchill mentioned:

This is the GAP system AR / landing page or doorway page... that would send the ... GAP system AR series that Michael Churchill spoke about in his email. They would get one or the other seires. To get on your own list, you will only want to promote your "Jim" landing page... so your leads get only the one from youe Aweber gapnews list. Just don't promote this:

Perhaps you may want to split test to compare results with the Aweber series someday. I suggest you subscribe and move the messages into your Aweber... in another list (perhaps call it GAPs System AR) ... of have me do it. Then advertise both to see which leads are better... which convert to members of GAP better. But thats for a later time I think... right?

Some of these other urls you could also send your leads to ... like Jerry does... I will look for places in the Aweber email messages for these to go if you like ... on the longer editing project. But I am not familiar with the business and not sure I will find the time to research it for you. Thats where you come in.... you should get to know your own business... and spend time knowing your sites pages... like the 4 above... so you can talk about your business easily when leads call you. You should know what page to send them to anyway (Movie / Products / Commission/ Adviser Callback)... at different times in the sales & closing process.


Just a thought...
I did not think of this when I was talking to him today, but I wonder if he would let us grab his shared Aweber GAP campaign ... so we can see where and how he uses all 4 urls in his Aweber messages. You can ask him if you like. then take your time looking through his messages ... I would have them in a seperate campaign in your Aweber (JerrysGAP). Then when ever you get ot it... over time... you can advise me as to which message you would like to use what urls in... while I get the job done just with the one GAP Movie url. I can rephase that. I can get the editing of the messages job done quickly with just using the GAP Movie in all of the messages for now. And if you choose to you can take your time looking through Jerrys messages... or shannons .... in your Aweber after familiarizing yourself with the 4 urls Jerry uses (the first 4 links above) ... and let me know later what message to add a url or urls to. Adding one url is pretty easy. You could pretty easily do it later on once you learn to copy and paste... and test your own message. Really eay stuff ... (for later).

Update for our meeting today:

1. You decided to have me add the GAP Movie url to all your 21 messages ($140) and format a bit and if possible make them, as you put it, less "exaggerated" (or hypie) sounding.
2. You expressed wanting to get these 4 urls on your domain globalwealthsolution.com at some point and will ask Jim for host server login info.
3. I offered to send him a redirect file for at least the GAP movie so the messages would have this url in them on a redirect on your domain: globalwealthsolution.com/movie but you declined for now as you felt it would be a delay despite my suggestion that I would start anyway on the editing until he makes that redirect for you or gives you access to the host server login for me to do.
4. You mentioned that you would like to get a different domain name as there is some one in th same buisness with the same domain excpet with an "s" at the end.
5. You said you will think about how to use the 4 ursl Jerry gave us and possibly even write new messages for them ... which I think is a good idea if you do not like the messages you have now (too "exagerated").
6. I think that covers everything and I can start the gapnews list message editing and you now can move onto a new project ... setting up your Sales Funnel Secrets sounds like your choice there. You asked what to do tomorrow on SFS and I suggested getting your squeeze page setup with a new Aweber list called SFS ezine... per instuctions on System Setup Steps 1 & 2 and reminded you to come to the Thursday training to start to get your mind wrapped around the "Funnel"... as you affectionately call it. :-)
7. Last Note: Advertising and Getting Traffic... You said you wanted to know my recommendations for having someone else write you an article and Press Release. The June 14th JuliesQ&A will have that for you, as well as other useful resources and information for both your GAP as well as your SFS systems.
   

GAP Lead Path - Editing Aweber GAP Messages

Here is my understanding of the Path of a lead
for preparing for Editing Aweber GAP Messages:

1. Landing page : http://globalwealthsolution.com/ (hooked up by Jerry & Jim to the new Aweber list series gapnews)

2. This is the url(s) in the aweber messages:
www.globalabundanceprogram.com (1st msg).... no username? (wealthy is her username)
www.Globalwealthsolution.com (2nd msg) ... (same as the landing page above? send in a loop?)
I did not look at more, and in the PS below I suggest you do Valerie.

3. This is the redirect (thank you page) Jerry placed on the Landing page Aweber webform code. http://www.globalabundanceprogram.com/wealthy/gapabout.php
... and I am assuming this is what "should be" in the shared Aweber Gap messages.

4. If a lead clicks on the call back link at the bottom of the url above (3) they then go here:

I just want to make sure this is not the page that sends them to the "GAP system AR back office series" ...because then they would be on both lists... which as Michael Churchill said... is not advised.

Once I know this IS where the GAP Aweber messages should send your leads then I will be able to begin editing and make sure each messages (21 now) has that url and is formatted nicely per our agreement... (quick edit at $7/msg). Please let me know if there is another update of these GAP messages planned and when... so we know whether these will have to be edited yet again. ... and if I should wait or proceed. I know you want me to proceed... but we should know if its coming soon ... don't you agree?

If you like I can also make a video of my doing this editing and copy & pasting of the correct url in the Aweber messages ... and testing them too (also needed before sendng to leads) ... so you can then learn to easily do it yourself. Let me know if you want the video too... no extra cost.

PS The Aweber GAP sharing code you got from Shannon and Skyped to me worked:

PPS Are these the new one or are we still waiting for updated ones in a week or so?

PPS I will bring them into your new Aweber in a temporary list (shannonsgap) and if you want , you can make a list of the original urls to give me. This will let me know if there are supposed to only be one url or more then one url in the Aweber GAP messages... and what they are supposed to send your leads to see. This is the redirect (thank you page) Jerry placed on the Landing page Aweber webform code. http://www.globalabundanceprogram.com/wealthy/gapabout.php ... and I am assuming this is what "should be" in the shared Aweber Gap messages.)

If you want to decide just send all your leads there to that one url ... i can do that in the message editing. If there are more then one url in the original shannon series messages, then you may want to know that and let me know if you want to do the same with your messages and have me edit the messages in your gapnews like that too ... using more then one url.

If you do want to know, just open all 21 messages in your Aweber (either one, new or old) ... they will be in a temporary campaign called shannonsgap (or shannons-gap) ... and you could then make a list or urls in the 21 messages ... copying and pasting would really come in handy here for you. If you ask I will show you how in a video.

Video on How to Test your GAP Landing Page (Lead capture)

This video shows how to test a lead capture page (aka your GAP landing page) or to be more precise, how to test the Aweber webform to make sure the leads are getting subscribed to the correct list in your AWEBER. In this case to your new gapnews list.

Note: The redirect or thank you page has been corrected by Jerry... and is differnt then the one in your emails. Before I edit your GAP messages I will need to know what url to send your readers to. It should have your username in the url (wealthy if I recall correctly) ...


Tips on How to benefit from video demos:

You may want to watch it through once.
Then pause it on a 2nd play ... or first play if you want... then go do it on another browser window then come back to continue paying... switching back and forth between browser windows.

The video will show you how... super easy... to use Firefox tabs to have more then one site in the one Browser application in deferent tabs.

We just did a 3 way call with Jerry and he has sent the Webform code for your new gapnews list to Jim. Once thats done you should test it to make sure it works. The video we made today will help.

GAP Landing Page

HI Valerie,

Today you came to the Focus Group (thank you) and I stayed an an extra 15 min talking about your GAP landing page. You wanted it tested to see which list it is hooked up to. So I gave you your 2nd 30 min session (2 NLBC 1 on1 coaching sessions a week) to make a video to show you how to test your landing page webform.

I will place the link to the video here only with your permission as it shoes your Aweber login and this blog "could" be found by others... it is public ... thought we have never given to url to anyone. I can also place the link to the video in our private Skype.

The video shows that your GAP landing page is correctly hooked up to your old Aweber GAP list just as it alway has been. But you want leads to get your new gapnews messages that Im editing ... and to only have one AWeber account right?

I also reveiwed what was on the post just before this one to show you that I have already givein you the info you need to get me to hook up your LCP (lead captuer page) or landing page to your new GAP list ( unit = gapnews) and your Aweber webform id # (for that unit/ list *) can be found by you by watching the video link in the bottom of the profile in the red footnote in your SalesFunnelSecrets site. * That is where I am editing your GAP messages in your new gapnews list in your new Aweber.

If you want me to do it ... which you Skypes today indicate, and you requested to set a fee, i sent you this and have no gotten a response yet form you.

I would ask for $30 min just to spend an additional 30 min on this to talk to Jim or do what needs doing ... then $1/min after that. Is that accpetable?

I can not promise it can be done in a week until I have access to it. Then we will see if I am available... (I will aim to be, but do not know for sure until I check my schedule).

If I get access to it I will attempt to get it done in a week from when I gain that access and get all the info I need. I will agree to that time frame after I get all I need to acess it and make the completed change.

So you can have only one Aweber accnt (not 2) you have moved your GAP list and now need to move your lead capture page. You are canceling your 1st Aweber accnt and taking the help from a coach to support your list building and use of Aweber and to have your GAP messages edited. You are also automating your Aweber sales with your new Aweber account and list building coaching. (I would ask you keep who I am and my program private for now.) I will email that this is here, on your coaching blog too at your request.

We need to ... or rather I recommend you build your GAP list (leads) into your new Aweber not your old Aweber (so you wont have to maintian and pay for 2 Aweber accounts when you only need one). This means hooking up your GAPLead Capture Page (LCP) to your new Aweber GAP List.

What I need if you want me to do it for you:
1a) Get me the url for the LCP (Lead Capture Page)
1b) I will need access to the LCP html code to change the Aweber webform code to your new Aweber ... and

1e) Would you like me to do your GAP lead capture page for free? I don't mind bringing over your GAP messages to your new Aweber accnt for you, like we discussed, but this is more extensive work. We need to come to an understanding on it. Then I will consider doing it free. Or...

Idea:
You can promote your SFS squeeze page to get leads into your SFS ezine and then broadcast the GAP messages to them. And also send them to your GAP list with an automated invitation email to them. It can instruct them to opt in by sending an email to your new GAP campaign email address to get more info. These will be good leads if they do that, interested, targeted and responsive leads.



2. How much do you want to pay me per msg to edit them? $10 ?

We spoke and decided to start with Editing the messages for $7-$10 depending on what we define how much work is needed for $7 to $10 per msg ... and then renegotiate as needed.

Be sure your questions are accompanied with urls (links)... related to your question. For example, like a webpage address where you had an obstacle to allow me to help you overcome it, perhaps a page form Sales Funnel Secrets or Aweber or a post on this blog or an audio or video or System Setup steps or my blog.

Here are some Tips to allow me to help you and to help our communication. There is a language to the web and we must come to understand each other for me to really help you best. This take as time. I'm very patient. I don't give up if you don't. And I will make tings as simple or detailed ar you need it to be. We must get to know each other and learn how to work best together.


So here are a few tips that will allow me to know how I can help you best and what your question or desire really is. When you have a problem of any kind that you would like my help with, pause any audio or video ... or your reading and write down your observations as calmly as possible. If you write them in Skype and send them to me I can help you to know what you need to know to make things very simple and easy to do. Just send this type of info along with your questions & observations and thoughts:

• Which page or audio or video or step where you on with the url (link)?
• What is your question (describe what happened )?
• ... and it really helps if you can copy and paste any text from the page that did not work for you... that you did not understand ... or pause an audio or video and let me know what minute it is on if its an audio or video.

Like that.

On your next post you will see your last to do list and I will give you links to resources, audio, videos, setup steps, blog posts... that will help you accomplish these tasks, and make them easier.

Remember if you need an audio or video made, this is the most efficient way for me to help you, and also help others. To answer your questions in a truly useful way, you will need to make sure I understand you first. Thus the 3 little tips above.

Coaching Payments and agreements...

This is based on the conversation we just had today by voice Skype...

You sounded like you wanted to not use PayPal for either the "peice work" consultation ($60/hr minimum 1 hr or $1 a min)... I did for you a few days ago ($90) nor the NLBC... and asked how to send me a check by mail for the former (the $90).


Are you sending me the $90 for the 2 hrs of work a few days ago (we agreed to $1/minute)... by check?

As for NLBC, I usually have a PayPal subscription for NLBC list building coaching here, ... but you insisted to send me a check for 2 months and do Pay Pal later. So we need to make sure that I do not lose money on the exchange rate by using a Canadian check to receive payment and also that you write the check to Assurance Services. Also though, be fore we agree on that...


...if we are doing NLBC for 2 months by check then we should have that in writing too... that I will accept it and when the 2 months starts.

and that after that you will pay with a PayPal subscription.

We just spoke on the phone and sounds like your sending payment by MO to my POBox. Thanks. All we need left to agree on is:

1. Do you want to try grabbing the shared GAP campaign form your old Aweber account to the new one... or would you like me to do it. If I do it, I will make you a video so you know how to do it yourself. It very easy. And then you do not have to pay to have someone elsedo this for you, like you did with PerfectWealth to have me do it for you. You can choose... either way is fine with me.
2. Editing your GAP messages... we need to agree on how much. How about $10/ message?

How to Tips:

1. On the side links here on this coaching blog you can see many resources. Use them to login to Sales Funnel Secrets site and in this case look for the profile link at the top (left) after logging in. You can place your (final) Aweber affiliate url at the bottom once we are sure that the one you have now ( http://www.aweber.com/?221962 ) is the final one.

Tips: once on the profile page scroll to the very bottom of the page. You may want to also enter your Paypal email to get paid once your subscribers upgrade to become Elite members too and this extra step of course is optional. The reson I wrote this at a ToDo #1 is to give you a sense of value by using the Elite SFS System to automate the promotion of your Aweber and SFS... etc (many more income streams and safles funnels on auto pilot). Once you have your Aweber url (final one)... then there are 3 more places to put it to help you get Aweber referrals. See next Juleis Q&A for that. Tip: Many people make this mistake so be warned... be careful to choose monthly NOT yearly pay... unless you really want annual pay (like me. i do have annual pay it saver money and I know I will use it forever).

Once you have Your new accnt under me I will login and bring the GAP series back into it and add your leads for you (as a favor for getting under me). I will then set the campaign for Verified Optin like you had me do in the original account when I first logged in today (5/25) Then ...


3. We will meet to contact Aweber and make sure your customer accnt is under me. If you choose to we can then have your original customer (wealthsolution) accnt closed.


4. We can also ask Aweber to move your sub affiliate under me.
If needed, you can take my Aweber url again and join as an affiliate. The affiliate sign up link if you recall is in the footer at the bottom of the Aweber site (before login) it says Affiliates. But we can wait to see if the one you have can be placed under me by Aweber. We may still need to contact Aweber to get you under me ... this I say from experience. (now you see it happen... you are not under me though you used my link to join and cleared your cookies)... But as you definitely got in under me from my url it will be simpler. The only thing you will need to do is to give them your new customer and affiliate numbers and my affiliate number (209596) and possibly my customer name (assurance) and affiliate # (see email I wrote to them above).

Not a lot for you to do really.


5. Whats next... targeted traffic to a lead capture or squeeze page.

You asked about how to get an article written for you. The article will have a link to your lead capture or squeeze page.

Here is a friend of mine Trina Sonnenburg who can help you write and advertise (RSS syndication) an article for targeting this market... ask her also about her classified ad ($25) for this too. Tell her you want to send the traffic (use the url) to a Lead Capture page I am preparing for you and I will need to see the article and or ad she writes for you to make the header and copy from... and possibly an audio for you We can discuss payment and service options. Pay me for that here.


6. I have another good friend too who has a free article submission service we will send your article in as well.... but ask me about that later. Her name is Amber.


7. Have me edit your Gap series for you, for a fee I can not guess on right now. $7-10 a message maybe? Is that too much?

Your NLBC Private Coaching Agreement

Here is your agreement for the NLBC:

3. NLBC Incudes Two Voice sessions a week 30 min each either by phone or voice Skype.
   
4. You will have to call me by phone if you choose that option.
5. This will include at least one post on this coaching blog time permitting and per your needs & request (simple task lists and links to what you need like vidoes or audios or other resources to help you complete things you want to complete).
   
6. You are also welcome to come to all the live group sessions (see side links).
7. Custom Work : You may ask me to do things for you and after a clear detialed agreement is in writing as to what you want done & I agree to do m as wells as how much you will pay me and when you need it done and when i can schedule it in... then we can proceed with custom work I can do custom work for you at a rate of at least $60/hr ($60 minimum) what it includes then we will set time. And $1/min after one hour.
